Designing applications incoming and outgoing mail is created by using tools suck as PHPMyAdmin, MySQL as the database server and it’s the offline local host.
The design also allows the application waking up the process of data communication between parts as well as preparation of reports to keep updated and can be viewed based on monthly and annual reports. With the mail archiving application design can reduce the use of time in mail archiving and disposition, reducing paper usage, minimize the possibility of errors in recording, speed up the process of finding a letter, permits control of the disposition of the letter, and easy to use. The process of managing incoming mail or outgoing mail is expected to do more, better, faster, and easier.
In this case the system of correspondence becomes one of the factors that influence in the management letter on Koordinasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (KOPERTIS) Wilayah VIII Denpasar. Management letters in an office plays an important role in the administrative process.
